Long before Rodney Bowen became a home inspector, his life was already being shaped around one thing: serving people.
His time in the United States Air Force taught him discipline, responsibility, and the value of serving something bigger than himself. That path eventually led him into local law enforcement, where he continued serving and protecting people in his community.
Looking back, Rodney sees how God used each chapter of his life to prepare him for the next. When God led him into home inspections, Rodney found another way to use the experience, skills, and tools he had been given to serve others.
For Rodney, home inspections are about much more than houses.
The inspection is the tool that brings people together. The people are what matter.
As the Owner and Operator of Table Rock Property Inspections, Rodney brings that same heart for service into every inspection. He believes in treating people with honesty, respect, and genuine care while helping them better understand the property in front of them.
Outside of work, family is Rodney’s greatest priority. He enjoys family trips, making memories, and spending time together. He especially enjoys the fall season, when football, hunting, and Thanksgiving bring some of his favorite things together.
At the heart of Rodney’s story is a simple belief: God gives us gifts and experiences for a reason, and we should use them to serve others.

For Christy Bowen, life has always been about Faith and Family.
Christy and her husband, Rodney, have built their life together around faith, commitment, hard work, and love. As a wife and mom in a large household, family is at the center of her world. She finds joy in creating a home where her family can grow, make memories, and enjoy life together.
Christy also works from home as the Transaction Coordinator for Table Rock Property Inspections, helping manage the behind-the-scenes details that keep the business moving. She works closely with clients, real estate professionals, and the inspection team to keep communication clear and the inspection process personal and organized.
Her faith influences the way she lives, works, and serves others. Christy believes God gives each of us gifts and opportunities for a reason, and she strives to use hers to care for the people around her.
Outside of work, Christy loves family time, creating traditions, and making memories together. She especially loves Christmas, when the house is full of family, laughter, traditions, and the moments that make a house feel like home.
For Christy, family is home, faith is at the center, and serving people is part of the calling.
